Day Zero Tulum 2027 - Platform Terms

Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ingresse platform to purchase tickets for Day Zero Tulum (the "Event"). They are entered into between you (the "User") and Ingresse Ingressos Para Eventos Espana, S.L., a company organised under the laws of Spain, with registered office at Poeta Joan Maragall, 3, 1 I, 28020 Madrid, Spain and tax number (NIF) B70460081, registered at the Mercantile Registry of Madrid under sheet M-702869 ("Ingresse", "we", "us"). By using the platform or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1Our Role

Ingresse acts solely as a provider of a technology platform under a software-as-a-service model. Ingresse is not the organiser, producer, promoter, reseller or seller of any ticket or of the Event. The contract for the purchase of a ticket is formed exclusively between you and the organiser of the Event, Constellations Management Ltd (the "Organizer"), and is governed by the Day Zero Terms & Conditions made available at checkout. Ingresse facilitates that transaction by making the platform available and by providing related ticketing services to the Organizer.

2Eligibility and Account

You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3Purchasing Tickets

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase a ticket from the Organizer. The contract is concluded when your payment is authorised and your ticket is issued. Tickets for the Event are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The price payable, including any applicable service fee and taxes, is shown to you before you confirm your order.

4Payment

Payments are processed by Adyen N.V. as payment processor. Ingresse does not collect or store your full card details. You authorise the processing of the amount shown at checkout. If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, Ingresse and the Organizer may cancel the corresponding ticket.

5Delivery of Tickets

Tickets are delivered electronically to the contact details you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure those details are correct and to keep your ticket secure. Admission is subject to the Day Zero Terms & Conditions and to the Organizer's admission, safety and venue policies.

6Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person through the Ingresse platform. A transfer does not change the name of the original purchaser or the ownership of the original order; it reassigns the bearer of the ticket, and the person who receives the ticket becomes responsible for its use and for entry to the Event. Ingresse keeps a record of each transfer so that the original purchaser and any subsequent bearers can be traced. Transfers are subject to Ingresse's anti-fraud policies. A ticket is a bearer document, and its safekeeping is your responsibility; if you believe your ticket has been lost or stolen, notify Ingresse immediately so we can help find the best solution.

7Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

The Event operates a strict no-refund policy, as set out in the Day Zero Terms & Conditions. Where a refund is due - for example, if the Event is cancelled by the Organizer - Ingresse will process it on the Organizer's behalf in accordance with the Day Zero Terms & Conditions and applicable law, against funds made available for that purpose. Service fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by mandatory law. The Event, its line-up, set times and date may change as described in the Day Zero Terms & Conditions; such matters are the responsibility of the Organizer.

8Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the Ingresse platform, including its software, design, trademarks, databases and platform-generated content, are and remain the exclusive property of Ingresse. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in the platform other than the limited right to use it to purchase and manage your tickets. Rights in the Event's marks and content belong to the Organizer.

9Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, using it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or reselling tickets other than as permitted by the Day Zero Terms & Conditions and applicable law. We may suspend or cancel access or orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or breach of these Terms.

10Liability

Ingresse is responsible for the operation of the platform and the services it provides. Ingresse is not responsible for the Event itself - its content, line-up, scheduling, cancellation, admission, safety or conduct - which are the sole responsibility of the Organizer and are governed by the Day Zero Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that may not be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights. Subject to the foregoing, Ingresse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the Ingresse Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is made available alongside them. Please read it to understand how we handle your data and the rights available to you.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time you place your order. Material changes will be notified through the platform.

13Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer resident outside Spain, you continue to benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer-protection law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your right to rely on those mandatory provisions. This clause does not affect the governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements of the Day Zero Terms & Conditions, which govern your contractual relationship with the Organizer.
